Boomatech worked with the team collaboratively to develop a new satellite and telecom support service for one of the biggest satellite / telecom service providers in the world. We created ServiceNow CMDB for the organization's Physical and Logical Inventories that led to the following enhancements in the organization.

- Developed and trained clients in data quality using Quality Manager
- Implementation of formal project management processes tailored to the organizational culture
- Developed Rest API for data process from DB to another Rest Service

- Large IT modernization ITOM OSS Transformation initiatives and agile development of software
- A well-designed ITSM Service Catalog, CMDB, Source to Target Mapping, and service workflows
